Essential AI Solutions LTD provides enterprise artificial intelligence solutions including, but not limited to, the KLAIRE Platform, Clone Detector, and Megaprompt services.

To use our Services, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

By creating an account or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend Services for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible.

5. Payments and Billing

Certain Services may require payment. All fees are stated in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) unless otherwise indicated. Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor’s terms of service.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout where required by law.

Refund Policy

16. The Marvin beta programme

This section is specific to marvinpda.com and supplements the terms above. Marvin instances at marvinpda.com are supplied as a limited beta. Access is granted at our discretion, may be withdrawn, and is provided without any service-level commitment. You are the sole owner of your instance: it is not shared with another user, and you set its owner password on first sign-in. You are responsible for the model API keys you configure and for any charges the model providers levy against them. You may request export or deletion of your instance and its data at any time by writing to info@essentialai.uk.
